This picture of Dennis the Menace's mom, Alice, was done back in 2005 when I wrote to Marcus Hamilton, the man who draws the Dennis the Menace daily strip and asked for a sketch of Alice water skiing. After receiving it, (it was a pencil sketch), I inked it and airbrushed the color. Came out pretty good, don't you think? I've kept it for years and now I'd like to share it with the Deviantart world. From the look on her face, one can see that Alice Mitchell is having a great time. (Medium: airbrush, pen and ink, watercolor and brush).

I like her polka dot bikini, it is one of my favorite type of mixed patterns and colors. Also, I like her hair, short and blond! I also like how the water is colored and the blue sky and clouds add some great touches to it as well. The woman apparently looks very hot, her body looks as it she could be a model. Nice use of color and great personalities and characteristics on the woman surfer.

Vision: Good!
Originality: Great!
Technique: Great!
Impact: A little better...

It is very good, keep up the good work. This is awesome, darlin'!

I hope I can get some more comments on this pic. Alice doesn't look half bad and she is enjoying a sport that you may never see in the Dennis the Menace comic strip.

Thank you. It helps when the man who created Alice Mitchell, the same man who became a millionaire with his brainchild, Dennis the Menace, the late and truly great Hank Ketcham, may God rest his soul, made Alice a hottie to begin with. Enjoy.

Thank you, kindly. I've always loved the way Alice Mitchell is put together, thank God the late, great Hank Ketcham decided to make Dennis' mom attractive. Also, I've liked to see women water skiing. I did the sport myself in my youth, but the onset of years plus a few added pounds plus a right knee permanently damaged in an automobile accident (thank God I can still walk and ride my bike) has made participation in this sport out of the question now. Enjoy!
